Swapping 89 engine into 94GT, any advice?

I managed to get ahold of an 89 5.0 engine with a little over 100,000 miles, to replace my damaged 155,000 mile engine just to get me back on the road again. It's from a 5-speed going into my AODE 94 GT. Is there anything I will need to modify or change for the swap over besides swapping the engine accessories?

Yup You will need to swap timing chain cover, water pump, upper and lower intake and put all your brackets from the 94 on it. Not too hard of a swap just did it a few months ago on a 95 GT.
