Swapping gears- FWB or Gainesville FL

Does anyone from these areas know of anyone who would do a gear swap for a reasonable price? Supposedly the best (possibly only) place in fort walton is charging 500$ labor and Ford is charging $650 for labor... which is a bit much ...
