Synthetic ATF in Trans

I put in Mobile One Synthetic ATF Mercon in the transmission yesterday. It reduced the transmission noise and made the shifting smoother between the 1st to 2nd shift. I would highly recommend this for anyone having the shifting problem or excessive tranny noise.

How did u fill the tranny? take the shifter boot off and get to the plug that way?

There is a plug on the passenger side close to the cross memeber. I used a hand pump to get the fluid in there. Took about 15 to 30 minutes to pump all 3.2qts in taking my time.

sweet, thats the first thing im doing to mine....i would rather not deal with the same trans problems my 04 mach 3650 had.....
