My t-5 is making a really weird noise. You can hear some gear meshing sound and I was wondering how difficult it is to rebuild the gear box. I am pretty handy and have a lot of tools. I was thinking of doing it my self. I bought the 92 lx with a 351 windsor about a year ago and the guy told me he had already rebuilt the tranny twice he saie the engine is making 350-400 hp and the synchros go out. any thoughts would be appreciated.
