Well this has been a long project that is finally nearing the end. I bought this car brand new to drive daily, put some gears and exhaust on it, and run some 13s.

Around june of last year I decided to get silly with this car and began to call/email different shops. Name them and I probably spoke to them. After several calls/emails to T&J along with a small purchase to test their service I decided to let them build the car and in november dropped it off to them. My statement to Tim was "If you can give me 500 rwhp and make sure my tailpipes don't clang against my sway bars and control arms then you can build the car."

When I dropped it off I said "If all goes well I'll be back next year for some more displacement." Tim, Jeff, and Andy all said "Why do it twice?". So a week later I called Time and said "OK, do the stroker."

Anyway, they dealt with me changing my mind many times and sending them boxes on a daily basis with more crap to install and could not have been better to deal with.

OK, enough of the mushy stuff, right? How about 620 rwhp/491 rwtq? On pump gas. Daily driver. Yes sirree. The shot heard round the world! :D

I'm picking the car up this weekend at our dyno day we're having from modularmustangs.net so I haven't yet felt what it's like. The car made 437 rwhp when I dropped it off to him so I'm in for a shock I'm sure.

I have to thank everyone at T&J (TIM, JEFF, ANDY), TIM at EFI SOLUTIONS, and all the guys at modularmustangs.net for there support and ribbing to make the time pass as I waited for this to be done. Couldn't have dealt with a better bunch of people and will go nowhere else to have work done on my cars, 260 miles or not.

Now I got some long nights ahead of me waiting on this weekend. Sorry for the length here but I'm extremely excited! :nice:

Thanks everyone. Jared, I've been saving more money ever since you decided to go with that F series. I got a feeling your'e gonna force me to make more changes in the future. :D

And oh how stupid can I be but to forget VT Engines, Scott and Jim. I put them through a lot of grief changing my mind over time. They were willing to take some parts that I bought from another source back to supply me with parts that I wanted. Top Notch guys. :nice:

I don't think I'll complain too much with that kind of power. :nice: It will certainly be fun once we all get down the track a few times for a little "fun competition". Of course, first things first...... You've got to learn how to drive that beast again now. :rlaugh:

No thanks needed from you buddy, thank YOU for working with us. T&J is a top notch shop and deserve ALL the credit for this one! I'm just glad the stock rods are holding up so far :D
:rlaugh: Not many (if any) wouldv'e done what you did Scott. I appreciate it.

Wow, incredibly nice numbers. So far I'm still doing mine piecemeal but I'm sure one of these days I'm just going to have to say F it and take it to Tim and have at it.

So how about the final parts list / shopping list for us daydreamers? Not with pricing, of course.

OK here goes. I'll only include the major stuff or else I'd take a whole page!

5.0 stroker (forged VT 3.75" crank, eagle rods, cp pistons)
moroso pan
billet oil pump gears
arp everywhere
custom comp cams
stage 3 heads (with a "twist")
ported bullitt intake
Vortech T Trim
rr pulley
Paxton A/A intercooler
vortech mini race bypass
BBK LTs
Dr. Gas o/r x
Flowmaster cat back
03 cobra tank
twin focus pumps
KB BAP
55lb injectors
etc., etc

Obviously there's a lot more supporting hardware to the car but it's a fairly simple and straightforward combination.

The expertise that the guys at T&J have along with the awesome software they use (EFI Solutions) makes it a fairly easy thing to do. There were no snags, no problems, no setbacks, nothing. It's like it's normal to these guys, second nature almost to build these cars.

Jared (Atlanta_GTer), Dave (GI Joe), and others are following shortly with major combinations as well. BUT, I ain't done yet!
