T5 shift fork help

Alright guys I tore my t5 down last night in my 93 LX when I drained my fluid out it looked like some weird purplish brownish metallic paint you would see on a donk, so I was expecting it to look like a few antique cherry bombs went off in it but turns out I only have a broke 1-2 gear shift fork, 1 bad synchro, and my speedo gear was sheared clean off(but strangely my speedo was working fine) which is sort of a relief. All of the gears and shafts almost have no wear on them. Well i've called every parts house in town and no luck on locating a shift fork except for the ford dealer who want 130 bucks for one I thought that was outrageous.Where is the best place to get these? and Does anyone make "beefed up" forks?
