taillight tint.....50%

Does anyone happen to have pictures of the smoked tint (50%) on a BLACK gt??? I have a BLACK 2000, and i wanna buy the smoked 3M for the tails......anyone have any pics??? I'm hoping to see pics of them on black cars OTHER than the pics floating around on autobadges.com...

I havent seen that but the aftermarket tails in the pic below look pretty decent even though they are rice material.

Yeah i would never personally put them on my car either but i have seen some cars with the tinted taillights somewhere im looking for them right now.

My car. Bad pic but it's all I got right now. I'll take some better pics when it stops raining.

I wish this was my car. Both pics have the lights looking a little darker than they do in person, but you get the idea.

By the way...aren't tail light tints illegal in some states? I want to say they are illegal here in NJ...but im not quite sure. I just thought i heard that from someone

Yep! It was plain as day when I have my taillights on or i'm on the brakes.

Altho I have been pulled over for the tint, the cop said he couldn't see my brakelights.. But that's only because I wasn't ON my brakes

I can try to get a night pic of it if you guys want to see how they look at night

I got them from fordpower.net. I don't know what percentage they are. They are 3M vinyl and come with an applicator thing. Easy to put on and no problems. No problems with the police either. I'm always looking in my rearview when I stop fast but nobody seems to have any problems seeing them. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I have headlight covers and I'll be getting darker window tint soon. Then it's darth vader time.
