Its all personal preference, but I like them both on LX cars. I have tailpipes on mine, but will eventually go to turndowns when the car is less of a street car. I put tailpipes on my car mainly b/c if I come home real late, I won't be wakin up all the neighbors..... So I guess it would all depend on the volume you want your exhaust to be and such.
Well I went with turndowns for now to save a little bit of money on tailpipes plus I have 275/60s on the back and I heard that tailpipes might rub. I like it for now but might change it eventually. Its mainly a street car until I tear it apart over the winter.
