It's really more a matter of pictures and comments on a project I also happen to be working on in the midst of all the ford related projects I start and never finish. Would be hard to believe I won't have another mustang soon to throw into my thread.
It's hardly an infiltration of the corvette forum, nor is it a detailed build thread of a GM platform. Simply a few pictures of a project I shared with people I've come to know over the last 8 years give or take.
But between the repeated comments and the recent State of the Union address about the invasion of communist corvettes, I will not post anything else about it.
Carry on

There are like 5 or 10 members in this section, stop dogging everyone. I think the rest of us would like to see Tanners vette evolution

There will be more mustang shenanigans What I've come to learn is it currently much more budget friendly to pick up a built roller for 1/4 the cost of what it takes to build one.

Don't know what's changed but there are people unloading projects for pennies on the dollar and it made it hard to justify my side project. Actually made about $800 selling the last coupe, which is rare enough in itself.
As soon as this wedding is out of the way I might have some breathing room to scratch the itch I've had all this time. I'll always miss that cobra though, wish it had worked out better.

Guess I'm out too. Too bad. Just picked up working on the 56 again. I thought this was just a 'talk' forum for guys who like foxbody mustangs. Some members don't even own one lol.

For what it's worth that vette is going to be sick.

I was around for the last 3-5 cars - pretty sure I'll be around for the next few-and still probably have the same odd/dumb questions then too lol

Edit: Dumb Question didn't @Noobz347 approve/offer the Vette build thread awhile back?

I just liked the fact that all his projects and "shennanigans" were easy to find on one thread lol. Plus the history of it all is priceless. And I too miss the cobra build.

I think I counted 9 or 10 mustangs I've owned now. There's a reoccurring theme there. Just have to be a little more methodical next time.

Well, many budgets chip into the car budget. When you are married long enough they all kind of blend in together and remember the old adage, it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

I feel like I've gotten lucky in the fact that she understands the depths of my illness and is pretty reasonable about what I do. Helps to start high and negotiate down too haha.
Shes also seen me sell off cars she knew I didn't want to let go of to allow us to do some big things. Just banking brownie points at this point

ask me again after the wedding
My dog doesn't require the money that children do so hopefully she doesn't mind having kids in our 40s lol

Now that I have your attention.

Nobody banned, or locked anything here. Nobody told anybody to move on, or stop posting either. I was just voicing an opinion, and put it up for public scrutiny, and opened up a dialogue.

If you guys want to look into the "progress" of a particular build, whether it's a go kart powered by a hamster, a fat fendered ford, or.....a corvette, I guess by popular vote of the "10 that matter", hamster swaps win.

Seems to be the way things go these days,....Chevy's in ford forums, dogs getting together with cats, bad hair buffoons winning elections.......it's the end of days.

Now,.....Carry on.
