Here is my current setup:

GT40 Heads (Ported)
GT40 Lower intake (Ported)
Explorer Upper intake (Ported)
1.6 Roller rockers
E303 cam
80mm Mass Air
C&L Power pipe
CAI
Ford racing wires
3.73 Gears
Pro 5.0 Shifter
Nitto 555 DR's
Eibach Sportline springs
Monroe GP Shocks/struts
SSM lift bars
Sub-frame connectors
BBK shorty Headers
MAC O/R h-pipe
Magnaflow catback

The TB is still stock but I was thinking about upgrading to a 70 or even a 75mm w/egr spacer. I really dont want to drop $250 if its not gonna make a differance. What kind of gains do you think I'll get with my current setup?

A bigger TB would do you some good since everything is upraded exept the TB. I would not go larger than a 70MM with an appropriate sized spacer. Just curious but what size TB did you port your upper manifold for??

To be totally honest Im not sure what its ported for, I just know its ported. The heads and intake were ported by the previous owner. Something I'll have to measure when I pull it apart. What would be the negitive effect of an oversized TB anyway?

70mm is what i put on my car.it seems 70mm is about perfect for most street cars, bigger than stock but not so big that you'll have a loss of lowend torque or throttle response.

I agree. 65mm is probably best for your combo. 70mm probably won't help you much more, if at all.

I concur...65mm is the perfect size for your application...keeps the velocity high and you'll make more low end TQ.
