Tech help on motor build

hey guys im new here but not to stangs. i am currently looking to build a 500hp motor. the problem is i am new to building them....usaully just work on my motor not build a new one, i have asked a few people and gotten no response so i came to the experts...here is what i got and im looking for some help with what i need to push out 500hp.

trick flow upper and lower
edelbrock 70mm tb
crane rr's
cai
bbk headers and exhaust
44 series flowmaters
crane ignition
30lb injectors with calibrated air flow
custom ground cam with .595 lift
march underdrive pullys
a/c and smog delete
01 bullit trac-lok with 3:73 in the back

i know i need heads but not sure what is most effective when dealing with internals and the block (stroker or not) the block is magnafluxed and waiting for instruction at the shop

the block is in the shop. im open to anything and everything. and yes i am going to use a supercharger, im looking for ideas on building the block to produce and handle 500hp....once agian im open to all idea's

okay 450hp then just want POWER! tired of the original 5. slow i want to build from stock block up should i just use my stock internals? just get heads and :a blower or build the internals....??????
