Picture didn't come up...but if it was red with a white top I may have seen it... Anyway, there was a clean one at the Wawa with pro stars looking pretty good. Had no idea the track was open or I would've swung in. Smh

I don't know who all worked on it before we got it they either didn't know how to do things right or they didn't care. We've been fixing so many things on that car. Stupid things that would cause big problems eventually. I'm not perfect and I make mistakes sometimes myself but this car was messed up when we got it. It's much better now. We still have some things on the list.

Here's some of the things wrong that have been fixed so far.

1) Fan shroud not bolted in. One zip tie only, shroud would fall out of place when the hood was opened.
2) Starter solonoid mounted in fender well exposed to tire water, etc. . Turn right and the tire knocks the wire off the solonoid.
3) Right front brake hose loose at caliper and leaking fluid.
4) Right rear brake cable damaged and not properly releasing.
5) Hammer shifter jacked all to hell and had to be disaaaembled and put back without lockout.
6) Seatbelts not mounted and lying in a heap on the floor.
7) Whoever ported out the intake opening for the 70mm TB left a crap load of metal filings in the intake. Big chunks too.
8) 70mm TB was mounted using a stock gasket for a 58mm TB. Big neck down.
9) AOD kickdown cable stripped at TB and would not hold adjustment.
10) No oring/ grommet for trans dipstick tube. leaking fluid
11) Trans pan bolts seriously overtightened deforming pan which was also leaking badly.
12) Engine wiring harness completely messed up due to jacklegged wire tuck job. Wires chafing and cutting insulation in multiple locations.
13) Rear shock bolts at bottom side too small diameter allowing shock to move up and down in mount.
14) Upper rear shcok mounts totally loose allowing shock to move up and down into the trunk area causing chafing on electrical wiring and shorting out brake lights.
15) rigged up hydraulic line for top leaking bigtime.
16) Top hydraulic motor not mounted properly in bracket. Just sitting on top subject to movement.
17) Door locks non functional due to frozen actuators.
18) Radio and gauge cluster just shoved into dash with no fasteners whatsoever.
19) Tons more jacked up wire splicing behind radio causing short circuits.
20) One of the front tire was cut pretty badly in the tread area and was a blowout waiting to happen.
21) Mis-matched front tires with dry rot and poor tread.
22) Radiator plugged up, not allowing circulation and leaking
23) Fan clutch totally shot

I'm sure theres more that I just cant think of. We fixed all that stuff and we have a few more things on the list.

NO, I did not go and look at this car before a deal was made between seller and buyer. I came to the rescue after the fact. LOL

Well, the car is getting better now. Still, if you look at the list of things, it's not like someone needed to spend a bunch of money. All they needed was to know better and care about it..
