tfi module and msd box

could an msd box sort out a tfi module. or make it run ****ty. or will it not run at all. i have an ingition problem i cant figure out. either way i do it advance or retard timing it still has the red hot header. runing out of ideas or things to check. this all happened when i hook the msd box. no codes

yeah its bad i un hook then box but its still there red hot headers, i adjusted my timing advance retarded but still there. i thinking tfi module or egr valve maybe i dont know what to do. its not throwing any codes. running out of options. new plugs,cap rotors check firing order all looks good. i dont know what to do
