The 85 GT is gone....

Well the people came to look at the car they loved it...Took it home today...So i put a deposit on a 93 GT vert....Wont have it for a few weeks...I'll post pictures then...Im looking for a nice roll bat for it...Were can i get one? Does anyone have pictures of them installed? Thanks

Why did you sell it for?that thing was clean.For a vert?

Yes it was clean...it was a very nice car...But it did have its problems ran great...drove great....Just the bottoms of the doors were starting to show rust and it had a few bad bubbles coming thru on the roof...I live in an apt...The car wasnt going to be used all winter, and it was going to sit on the street outside,so i felt it should go to a good home....And it did......There going to restore it...and have a garage to keep it in....Plus i always wanted a 90's GT convertible...so i found a nice one to buy...I'll post pictures when i get...

Here is 2 pictures of the car didnt pick it up yet he took a few for me....Left a deposit,Will be picking it up in 2 weeks...Its a 93 with black leather interior and New black top...What do you think? Oh yeah the paint is 5 months old and its a custom color too...

I mean that is a nice vert and all but there is no way I would have gotten rid of such a clean 85...I did see it listed on craigslist and wished I had the money but my first thought was a big fat WTF?!

Anyway whats done is done, good luck with the 93, youll have alot of fun with it just the same

Thanks...Yeah i loved the 85..but pictures made it look better then it really was..plus im super picky and i would have never been able to afford to re-store it the way i wanted it....So i sold it to someone who can put it back to awesome condition....

yeah, its good that you sold it to someone who is going to give it all the attention it deserves.

what did you end up getting for it, if you dont mind me asking. i just hope when you answer, it isnt a number that i could have pulled off...that would suck! haha
