it started life as a super clean low mileage 94 gt. one day on my lunch break i was leaving work and went out the back way which was a one way exit. then suddenly disaster struck. the exit is a 90 degree turn that is blind. i was making my way around that turn and as soon as i turned i met a 4runner on the left front corner. my airbags deployed and burnt my left arm. so i fixed the damage and made the car look the way i wanted it to.

At least you got a cobra bumper out of the deal. Looks good.

lmao.

i was really upset about the wreck. i had just bought my t-5 to swap out the auto when it was hit. i had a 10x20 storage unit at the time so i took the car there and took the front end apart and realized how minor the damage was. it didnt even mess up the radiator support. i took it to a frame shop to have it looked at. i paid 6800 for it when i bought the car with 102,000 miles on it bone stock with a flowmaster catback and the cobra rims. i battled the insurance company cause the cop ruled the accident a no fault because the sign for the one way exit sign was hit by an 18wheeler and never replaced. the settlement ended up being 5500 and i bought the car back for 800. when i got the car back from the body shop i did the 5spd swap in my storage unit. when i finished the swap my parts i ordered came in and i put it all together. the good thing is i fixed the car including the frame shop for like 1800 bucks. i found some airbags on ebay for i believe 160 bucks and put them in. i love my car and just couldnt see fit to let it go so i fixed it and now you can never tell it was even wrecked.

thanks for the compliment. i wish i would have gotten the 00 cobra r hood instead of the one i have now.

i will glady take that cobra r hood you have

looks perfect the way they should have made all mustangs from the factory with a cobra front bumper and a cobra r hood

i took the other emblem off on the other side. i will probably just put the 5.0 emblem on or fill the holes in and leave it smooth. its kinda growing on me.

Personally I dont like the 5.0 emblems on our cars. I would just stick to the GT emblems or even some regular pony emblems to mess with the guys who think its a 6 because of that, lol.

i agree. the emblem-less thing is kinda growing on me. if i do pic an emblem i kinda like the old 302 emblem from the 60s. i dunno something original or atleast that i havent seen on anyones car.
