The difference in mass air meters???

Ok I have a speed density stang, but I just bought a complete harness from a 88 California car with the 8LD puter.

I called the local junkyards and they said there are 3 different meters. The guys at the yards wanted a ID# off of it. I asked if it mattered and they said yes.

which one do I need???

I'll say it again...

any of the 5.0 mass air meters made for 89-93 will work just fine. If you have any doubts, don't ask the junkyard guy, check with Pro-M ( http://pro-flow.com/ ) .

i've got a new,less than a year old,stock air meter that i'll sell for $25 if you need one.i upgraded to a pro-m and just don't need two of them.

Ok but will the one I got off of a 91-93 Taurus work????
