End of the 2nd: Wings 2 / Flames 1... A little more of a even game after the second period. The Wings need to keep the pressure on!

He's one point shy of being tied for the lead in post-season points. Again:

But as far as kicking everyone's ass and being completely unstoppable, then sure I agree. But it's only 2 games in...give it time.

Four minutes away from the Wings goin' up by 2

Wings 3-1 over Flamers...

2-0 in the Series...

Datsyuk, Filppula, and Lidstrom each score for the second game in a row.

Two more points for Crosby tonight, despite the loss. Grrr...

Real rough game though!

True... Nashvilles Ratulov (sp?) will be sitting out the game because of a 1 game suspension he was given for a hit from behind.

The Tutoo factor seems to be spreading!

Yeah, I'd like to not face the Canucks in the playoffs, yet I don't want them to loose after the season they had

Sens won! i'm happy, i still stick by my statement and i will add most of crosby's goals are fluky, off the shaft of the stick for crying out loud! i think i use his technique when i play cause i jsut send my body towards the net with my stick out and hope it knocks it in lol. i like him in the regular season but in the post season if he's playing the sens, chris neil and company can't pound him enough!

Yah they do seem like a fluke but have you ever been to a NHL players practice and seen what these guys can do with there feet and sticks? They are amazing when it comes to handling a puck and putting where they want and balancing it with any part of there stick.

thats true but there is some luck involved when you are flying at the net lol

anyway, i cheer for the canucks as well because my home team is the manitoba Moose which is Vancouver's farm team. i watched kevin beiska all last year and knew he was gonna be a full time canuck this year. its kinda cool to watch the young guys make their way up to the "big league"

i am calling it that the flames will win tonight. remember Edmonton was down 2-0 last year to Anaheim and came back to win the series (i think it was Anaheim). not saying the flames are gonna take the series i just think they will come out strong and take tonight at home

The Flames did indeed win last night.. I didn't expect them to just hand the series over to the Wings. But now, the Thrusday game will be extra important for both teams.

The Canucks are close to closing out Dallas too!
