I ordered a procharger kit from the power source in sc, 6 weeks ago. The power source endorsed my check March 28th and I still have no procharger. I talked directly to ATI today, they said that they tried to ship it this week; but he doesn't have enough money to even purchase my kit to send it to me. The Power Source claims it is in a dhl warehouse, but ATI assured me that it's still in their warehouse and he can't even buy it. So what did he really do with my money for six weeks? Then late this evening he wouldn't answer the phone after I told him that a lawyer was getting involved. What a crock, just warning everyone.

Man if you only knew what I would do to this guy if he were closer. You wouldn't believe the bull I've heard for exuses for the past 5 weeks and straight up lied to me today after I just got off the phone with ATI. ATI's big wig's know about this and said that they would do what the could but I wasn't the customer, that The Power Source was so it was limited to what they could do. The Power Source claims right now that it will be here tomorrow and it's still at ATI. He gave me a bogas tracking number that doesn't even come up and them wouldn't answer the phone this evening. I have to talk to a lawer tommorow. He has lead me on for 6 freakin weeks now and today I got fed up and found out that he's been lying for 6 weeks. Arhhhhhhh

Damn... I sure wish you'd paid with a credit card instead of a check. This would already be resolved. Hope it all works out for you somehow.

This thread belong in TALK and not TECH, by the way.

hmm im not to familiar with the power source.. i usually stick with amazon racing or anderson.. i'd run up there and raise hell if i could but i got school and i don't have the time afterwards lol

I feel your pain man. I ordered mine from a different company and had somewhat similar problem. It took forever to get mine and the guy kept giving me the runaround, took about 8 weeks to get mine!! Best of luck with it!!

when ordering high dollar items i always use a credit card then pay for the part on the next statement so I dont get hosed. good luck man.

Yea I'm going to see what I can get done today, it was kind of a shock yesterday, hard to believe that there are people like that and own a business who can sell ATI Prochargers.
