I have antifreeze spewing out from under my thermostat, where the aluminum coolant crossover connects to the manifold. My question is, can I purchase the gasket separately or am I looking at having to replace the entire intake manifold?

I've searched eBay and from what I've found, the aluminum crossover comes attached to every manifold and that leads me to believe that I'm looking at having to replace the whole intake manifold because of a bad gasket.

That's what I was afraid of. I'm considering purchasing a polished aluminum Typhoon intake. What are your thoughts?

My current mods are: 4.56 gears, aluminum pulleys, cold air pipe, catless o/r h-pipe, dual/dumped Flowmaster exhaust, Bullit wheels. A blue 2003 Mustang GT.

P.S.- Nice ride, btw.

I would just go with an OEM replacement, and yes you need to replace the whole intake. IMHO, the Typhoon isn't really worth the money. You can take the money and put it to better use elsewhere.
