thermostat suggestion

I'm getting ready to change out my thermostat on a 1994 Cobra...

Should I get it for 160 or 180 degrees?

Here's a brief list of mods that might help
play a role in your suggestions: (dunno?)

I've never heard of the 160 being recommended by any racer or tech or just about anyone. Go with the 180.
