Well, I am getting a new project car here in about 5 months. I'm very interested in the 05 body style, but dont know how the performance is, I know its about 300hp stock, does any one know 1/4 mile time on a GT with the 5-Speed(TR3650). Moving on, If i got one i would want to add a Procharger and NOS system. From my knowledge the 4.6L is a forged rotating assembly after you change out the pistons, is this right? Now about these 3V heads how do they flow compared to the 4V's of previous years, i would think they would work for my idea, but if im wrong speak up. To do this i was thinking i would need larger injectors, Ignition system,Fuel computer,MAS air senser, and some polishing of the heads and manifold to head porting. does anyone know how much boost you can get on 91octane? if i left anything out please tell me so i can add it to the list, thanks for everything. oh is their a website that has a lot of 05 body and engine parts, ive been having trouble finding a good site.
