Thinking about Bassani

^ glad to hear that, cause pieced toghether my system and got a max x pipe till i willingly decided to take a chance and order the pypes:notnice:....
so know i am going to order the bassani dumps system(mine as well each muffler is 100.00 anywyas and the system is 250 plus shipping and comes with flowtubes:shrug:)

i just want to make sure since the desugn is near identical:shrug:

Well, their real street muffler is one of the loudest mufflers out there. I haven't heard many Bassani kits in person but from what i've seen online they seem a little too mellow toned to me...loud, but mellow.

well what are these?

i better go with flows if i want to be safe huh? i cant afford another pypes sound again! this is it so what should i order....
i could also order the mac dumps system and be satisifed, but that yellow 96 gt is the closest 4.6 mocker IMO....it seems bassani has that hallow bounce coming off the walls of the muffler that the 4.6 is notorious for btw i love mellow now after hearing what i call "JUST LOUD NOISE PYPES"! i want mellow TONE vs. v8 crackle

ps. you cant tell me that white cobra which is almost identical to my motor...does not sound like a 4.6 when it starts light reving/rolling away...

well i have the pypes tails so i can piece toghther a complete exhaust either way its just the dumps are a cheaper means of buying two mufflers......
same with just bouat any kit
there is a bassani kit for 250 and macs for 190

im thinkin about bassani to replace my hated pypes violators!
but do you guys thnk the straight through design will be the same thing all over:mad:
i dont want to waste money!

Bassani mufflers are hybrid mufflers. Performance of a straight through muffler and the tone and loudness of a chambered muffler. I have run Bassani on both my Fox and the Mach I had. They are anything but mellow.

And I dont know why everyone is calling them "Real Street" mufflers....lol. They make 3: Quite Thunder, which does not come in their catback anymore. You have to special order them from Bassani if you want them.Street Competition, which comes in their catback with tailpipes and finally the Race version which comes with turndowns.

Only heard the Race version in person once and it is loud!! Real loud! And that was on a stock H/C/I Fox.

What I suggest and this is what I have done, is to purchase the "Street Competition" catback and don't put the tail pipes on. Don't dump it, but let them blow free. It sounds awesome. I'll make you a soundclip if you want me too, just let me know.
