If so what kind of difference does it make as far as power and mpg? my dad has one on his blazer and he got a 15% increase on mpg and an extra 15hp. just wondering. Thanks in advance for the help

Throttle body spacers especially just seem like a waste of money to me. Do an intake and have a muffler shop make you a cat back exhaust or something...otherwise, you're not gonna find anything cheap that does much.
