Throttle position sensor code

I was doing some wide open throttle poles on my 2012 boss 302 and when I hit fourth gear at derated and threw up a code.
I’ve gotten a throttle position sensor code
As well as a upshift skip shift solenoid code.
Are these a serious concern or an easy fix?

Replace the TPS, clear the cam, drive it some more, and see if you get any other codes.

I just bought this car on Monday. So it’s a bit frustrating. But the dealership I purchased it from is taking accountability for any repairs necessary and I got it booked in with the Mechanic on the 24th. Hopefully we can get it rectified. Came with an aftermarket Cold air intake and an 85 mm throttle body. That could be the problem, but they’re supposed to be direct pull on replacements and allegedly not require a tune
