Happened with stock tb on there and idle adjustment screw fixed it. But with 70 mm no luck. Doesn't adjust idle either. Any ideas how to fix problem. (Also has caused gas pedal to bend. :/)

Sounds like your cable is binding up. Is it routed correctly? Rusting inside the sleeve? Can you move the throttle body easily by hand?
