Decided to go a different route, no longer need these. These are his Stage 1 heads.
Thumper of Orange Park
Never mounted, brand new, no miles.
Asking $450 plus shipping.

Did you go to the web site? Take a look under "heads and combo's" ...It'll tell you all about them. Lot of the 5.0 guys like them. Basically it's a ported E7 head that will work on any 302. 63 cc head, pedestal mount.
Also, do a search on the site, plenty of feedback on them.
