Time for a new motor Heres what ive come up with

Whats going on gents, its time for a new motor for my 91 gt. I just bought A v-3 and have some leftover money for the motor.

I have been looking around and saw refreshed 5.0 assembled block with forged pistons for 1200 so that caught my eye.

I did a little more browsing and saw a H/C/I kit from ford racing Includes gt-40p heads E303 cam and cobra upper and lower intake with timeing chain.

The price is right for me but does anyone have anything bad to say about the kit or maybe a better idea then the one i have? If so let me know im about to click the button.

Also does the combo w/o the si put out good power?
The motor in my gt, is on its way out.

We are just finishing a 306 w/ Trickflow Top end and a V-3. Should have dyno results in the next week. I personally would not spend the money on the gt 40's or cobra intake. Much better parts are out there for just a little more money! I would suggest the trickflow t/w head and street heat intake along w/ there stage1 cam. Just remember you'll be at the limit of your block with a nice set of heads and a blower.
