Timing Pointer Position

Which part is actually the pointer that we want to have 10 degree's below TDC on the first spark plug wire?

I would imagine the very end edge but I do see that like half moon cut out. Thanks

lines up with the straight edge.in your pic,that would be about 26 degrees BTDC.factory timing is 10 BTDC.warm car to operating temp,shut car off,remove spout,connect timing light, start car,check timing,adjust as needed,shut car off,reinstall spout,start car,check timing to ensure it is advancing.
