no timing adjusters will not hurt your car as long as you do not go crazy with adjusting the timing.

I found that 15 degrees advance works great for me with 92-93 octane- Anything over gave me some knock-

Am I the only one who's TA never worked? Mine always caused the knock sensor to back off timing a ton. I replaced the sensor in the stock position and now the car runs stronger...

whats a good timing adjuster so i know wich 1 to buy

UPR will work with any pulleys except Steeda pulleys and Steeda TA will work with only Steeda pulleys--or so I've been told.

i have march under drive pullies with the liquid dampner so does it matter wich 1 i get

I had the same problem! My car oinged like nuts even when I set the timing adjuster on stock timing. When I removed it it ran fine again.
