Tinted my tailights

so i went to Oreilly's and bought the 9 dollar can of nightshades and tinted my lights....dont look as good as some of yalls but i like it alright.....looks really good from far away i only snapped one shot since there is a huge overcast and its about to pour but click on the thumbnail to check it out

Looks good, I need to get mine done but I cant find the night shades anywhere locally...I dont wanna order it through summit. Someone locally has to have it

its called VHT nightshades translucent tailight tint......There may be a local parts store that has it....if not you can order it from summitt. It sprays on like paint and you will most likely have to follow it with a clear coat

Did you remove the lights or just mask off the car?

definately remove the lights....it only takes 5 minutes

looks good man. i did the same thing, but mine arent as dark. i etsanded, compounded, etc. and then topped it off with a clearcoat after i was done.

i used the same thing on my tail lights, but i didnt really like it because it was kinda dull. after a few months though it got pretty much the same shine as without the tint. but looks good
