tire and rim fitments

i got a 94stang and i want to get the sportline suspension and the cobra r rims and tires when i get back from iraq in feb now what i need to know is what size tires fit i want to try to run 17 or 18 in rims as wide as i can in rear and not as wide in the front i want the front to be low profile and the rear to also be somewhat low pro but alittle higher to help get the drag stance.
i was thinkin 17x8in the front and a 17x9 in the rear
if anyone has pics and i dea give them to me i need to know what is goin to rubb and waht will clear i did a lowering job on my old car a 79 malibu 3 in the front 2 in the rear and the front tires wore the inner feder up and i want to try to avoid this on this car

If your running 18s dont go wider the 265 in the front. I have 265 and it JUST rubs when I crank it over 100%. My car is only lowered 1.5" too.

There 265/35 series as well...
