I am going to be getting some 18x9 wheels and i am gonna go with 275/35's on the back but my question is what should i do on the front?

275/35 on the front will let me rotate all of the tires....but i dont want them sticking out past the fender like i have seen them do. (maybe thats caused by a wider rim)

265/35 on front? 245/40's on front?

I think im gonna go with the Yokohama ASV ES100's.

THANKS FOR YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS

I didn't mean to say that i want to be able to rotate the tires...it was just that was an extra bonus to having the same size all the way around. But i prefer the tires to fit right and not to stick out over the benefit of rotating them. Sorry for the confusion...

SO, 275 would stick out, what about 265?

I think 265/35 would be a better match Height wise with the 275/35 than a 255/35 would. But does anyone know if the 265 will fit right or will it still stick out?

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP FELLAZ

some guys over on corral said that it depends on the backspacing of the wheel and not the actual tire. Im not talking about the tire overlapping the wheel, im worried about the wheel sticking out past the fender.

So it was my misconception that the tires caused the sticking out look, i guess its the backspacing.

Make since to u guys?

here go some 275 on the front from a guy on corral....

Do these look like they stick out to u guys? They look good to me.....

well i didn't that either until the guys at corral informed me. All i knew was that i didn't want the tires past the fender like i said in the first post. A wider tire does cause that, a wider tire will just "ballon" over the rim more.....

Anyway, thanks for everyones opinions. I will post pics of the wheels when i get em
