Tire size

Hey Guys,
I search some old threads but could not find what I need. I need some new tires and I want to keep my stock 15" wheels for now. I have 225-60-15 on there now as you probably already know. I want something a little wider so what size can I put on and not rub. I don't want to go much taller.

I have run 245s on several cars and some rub slightly and others not at all. I have never noticed the rub or did any damage to the tires but when I pulled the tires you could see where the rubbed a little.
