Tire size

For all you tire experts....I am in the process of getting a 1969 Mustang on the road. I have a great set of 14 inch A/P mags that I am planning to use. This is an automatic, power steering car. Any thoughts on tire size? This will be a driver.

actually if you want your speedo to be correct you should be looking at either a 215/70-14 or 225/70-14 as these are about equal to the stock E70-14 and F70-14 sizes approximately. i ran 235/60-14 tires on my car for many years when i had my old fenton slot mags on the car, they fit great with no rubbing anywhere but the speedo was always fast
