tire/weld combo for 99+cars

hey guys need to know what tire/weld combo would be good for the street/track

because i need tires bad

what i want to do is keep my stock tires/rim for cold weather
get a set of 18X9/18X10 deep dish for looks

and get a set of welds for the rear just for the track not sure of the size and tire i will need
