To adjust or non adjust? (UCA's)

A buddy of mine has a 90 GT, he has southsides on the bottom, and is lookin at adjustable and non-adjustable upper control arms for his ride.... its only about 20 bucks difference, i told him to spend the other 20 bucks and get the adjustables... he will only be going to the track maybe once every other month, but he likes to carve corners... which would be better for him, and any tips for installing the adjustable ones? Ive never done, it, and i searched, but didnt find exactly what i was lookin for.

I guess what im saying is, if he doesnt have an all out drag car, does he need the adjustable ones? are they that much harder to install than the non-adjustable ones? Thanks in advance!

A very good local mechanic once told me that being able to adjust any part of your car to your exact liking is a great thing to have. $20 sounds pretty cheap to be able to have that kind of insurance. Personally, I'd think that having adjustable LCAs would benefit you more as you could raise or lower your ride height pretty easily. Uppers may just be overkill IMO.
