Tokico was bought out

I dont know if anyone knew this but Tokico was bought out by Hitachi(sp?) a few months ago. Effectivly making your life a hassle to do warranty replacements. Or get decent customer service. What this also means is; If Ford contiues to use them as an OE supplier, it will be another source of US funds moving to Japan. Helping their econoy and hurting ours.

Strange that a company like Hitachi would buy them out but I am sure tokico probably does make a decent profit in the oem shock business.
Also Tokico Ltd. is and has always been a japanese company, so no its not another US company being bought out by a foreign one.
