Tonsils removed!

Alrighty so i had my tonsils removed Friday at 1pm returned home at 3pm. For all the stuff they say how painful it is its not that bad it might just because i can take 2 oxycodone every 4 hours but I'm loving this medication. This was my first surgery ever and i thought it was kinda fun getting knocked out. I had the nurse take a picture of them after the cut them out on my cell phone here they are .

Anesthesia (sp?) is a pretty cool experience. I got knocked out for my knee surgery. right when i woke up I tried to get out of bed and walk away, lol. They gave me vicatin, but I didn't feel anything at all from it.

yea i have 2 bottles of vicitin in liquid form then 80 pills of oxycodon so im going to be feeling great forwhile

damn dude you got hooked up, Ive never had them taken out personally, but my my friends have and they didnt get any thing liquid. Ive went through cancer and they gave me liquid perciset, that stuffs crazy!

wow...........that's a lot............usually with the way things are now with pill poppers and selling them they limit the amount.....usually 30 is the highest I've seen..........be careful with those..............and don't go biting the pill.....or cutting them up..................... it will break the time release and you will get "there" much quicker....

yea im not that type of person. i normally hate taking any medication but this **** is amazing and i still feel alittle pain. as you can tell in the first picture my tonsils are much larger then the normal person.. well i guess you can say a few other things are much larger then a normal person

haha eww man, but that is kinda cool to see what they look like out of the body. I'm getting wisdom teeth pulled next month, can't decide whether to let them knock me out or man-up and do it awake. Never been knocked out by anesthesia before (unless beer counts as anesthetic) so i'm a little skitzed out about it.

Things have changed....I had mine removed when I was a kind and was in pain for a few days.

its not that bad they gave me a pre-anesthetic then i get in to the room and we are talking about my car for some reason they said they will see me in here again for having a fast car... but after that i felt coldness in my arm i said " you just gave me some more stuff didn't you" she replys oh yea. i look around and its just blurry and stuff its really cool " Where can i get more of this !" they start laughing and tell me to take some deep breaths in a oxygen mask then i woke up 2 hours later happy as a clown
