Whenever I go over a bump, the entire right side of my sound goes out.

hey guys i thought i worked it out but it seems that when i turn up my system above 20ish the speakers cut out... the subs keep going but the 6x9's stop then they come back on and flicker on and off until i turn it down and they eventually come back on. my amp also gives and error message at the same time they go off. the code means that a positive is grounding out or that there is a short please help me remedy this so my ***** can bumpity bump

it seems you answered your own question, something is most likely causing your speakers to ground out, do you have any pix of the system? It'd be easier to give advice if I know what I'm dealing with.
