torque specs and what gasket?

im woundering what intake manfold gasket to get i have a tmoss ported lower with thumpers ported e7's. and also what should i torque my heads down to im useing a felpro 10111 head gasket and ARP head bolts but both say to torque the heads diff what should i do ???

I suggest you use the Fel Pro intake gasket kit (upper and lower) MS 93334 which costs ~$15. Read the gasket face - one side is marked for the head. Torque the lowers in at least three steps up to 25ft-lbs and toque the upper to no more than 12ft-lbs.
