the compression ratio and head makes no difference. Torque them to stock specifications. Be sure and torque them in the proper order - you do have a manual, right? With ARP thread sealer, it's 70 lbs and with moly lube, it's 80 lbs. of torque. Work up in 3-4 stages though, don't just go straight up.
