My brother totalled his Mustang, and has not been able to put the stock tune back into his predator; if the insurance company takes the car away, what are his options? He wants to buy another Mustang, and would like to be able to use the predator. I know Diablosport won't support Predators that aren't bought from a legitimate dealer, but his was; my question is whether this is policy or an impossibility?

If he can't work out something with the insurance settlement I don't see any other option other than contacting DiabloSport and see if they will work with him on this. They will be the only ones able to reset the tuner, so just contact them. Hope it works out...

I don't think he's worried about them checking. He's worried that his Predator will now be married to a totalled car and will be useless on his new one. He's trying to get the Diablo tune out of this one so that he can use it on the new one.
