TPS won't go past .96

Why are you adjusting the TPS on a 2003?? It's considered non-adjustable since the EEC takes the base value at startup and zeros it out.

Adjusting the TPS is an old 5.0 trick...and an incorrect trick at that

I had to adjust the TPS cause I installed a accufab throttle body and plenum. And accufab says the tps needs to be adjusted to .98 to 1.00 volts with the key turned on. It was reading .86 before i adjusted it, but I can't get it higher than .96, I don't know if the .02 to .04 difference really matters. It should 5.00 volts at wot

But the only issue I'm having is a hanging rpm when I'm slowing down, it stays around 1200 until the car comes to a complete stop than drops to normal idle range. WOT is perfect.
