Trade my 02 GT for an 01 Cobra?

You’ve got to watch some of those "dealership" warranties. When I bought my Explorer, I worked out a deal for an extra year’s warranty. I felt great about it, until I realized that the "Lubrico" warranty that I actually got wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. The deductible was ridiculous and the warranty stated the dealership was actually required to installed used parts on the vehicle if they're able to find them.

Mine was a pretty good warranty since it was a Ford Certified Pre-owned vehicle. It only covers the engine and transmission and has $100 deductible. The warranty covers service at all Ford dealers in the USA. :)

But yeah, I know what you mean about "shady" warranties...

Nothing some Recaro's or Corbeau's couldn't take care of.;)

If only I had an extra grand laying around somewhere... stock Mustang seats are teh suxxors.

My Corbeau leather seats still didn't pad so much of the ride quality lol. My Corbeau LG1's are actually stiffer than factory seats.

Yup. I wouldnt pay more than 14k for a Cobra with that kind of mileage. also, just to let u know, you will be lucky if he dealer even gives you 6k for your GT. You should try to sell the GT first, then go put that down on the Cobra. You will get alot more money if you do it that way. I never trade in my cars. No disrespect to the 99-01 Cobra owners, but Im so much more happier I bought my Mach instead of the 01 cobras I was looking at.

i dont see why they wouldnt give him 6k for his gt. dealerships around here where offereing me 7.5- 8k for my 98 (npi pos) for trades. i just wish i coulda taken it and took the gto...
