tranny crossmember

i'm putting a c4 in my 84. i know that the tranny is the same size but the mount is about 2 inches foward on the c4. does anyone know of a mount p/n that would help so i dont have to fab my crossmember. thanks!!!

The 84 should have the wide crossmember mounts, and all you need is an adjustable crossmember, or the stock crossmember. With the stock one, just carefully grind the welds off of the bolt mounts to the actual crossmember, slide it where you want and weld again. I think the trans mounts for the c4 are easy to find at any parts store. I did all the above to my 82.
