I got a quote from a guy on rebuilding my tranny for $250 plus whatever parts needed. Is this a good price. Also Im planning on replacing my clutch. Is the King Cobra a decent clutch or should I use a different one. This is for a basically stock for now 98 Cobra. Any help greatly appreciated.
I like my SPEC Stage III very well so far. Not much more pedal push than stock. I have plans for a lot of upgrades so I went above and beyond (within reason and money) so my drivetrain could handle what I throw at it.
As far as the rebuild, that sounds cheap to me as well. Sounds like they plan on you removing the tranny and re-installing it as Sanchez asked.
