Tranny swap-4cyl to 5.0

I just got a 5.0! the only thing i dont like is that it's automatic, so I was gonna take the manual tranny from my 4cyl stang and put it in the 5.0 What parts are not interchangable and what do i need to buy new? The bellhousing? I was looking at the centerforce dual friction clutch to replace the stock one, will that and other performance parts work on a 4cyl tranny? What's a good shifter?

If its a 4cyl t-5 I strongly suggest finding one that came out of a v8. I got a t5 out of a 4cyl for my 302 in my 65 and it ate it up in a year. I'm getting one shipped to me rebuilt with all new parts and 2.95 first gear and 0.63 over drive gear with 330ft# rating for 875 shipped and he'll give you 100$ for yours and pay shipping to him. I have not recieaved it yet so I can let you know what I think when it gets here.
