Tranny Temperature

I recently put in a 2400 stall and a B&M's super cooler in my FMX. The tranny used to run 200*-220* now it runs 140-180. B&M says 180 is safe and anything above might damage the tranny. The local car part guys say they wouldn't worry until 300*!! A friend says 140* is way too low and would cause high pressure due to the oil being cold. 140 is under normal driving and 180 is at the track. Is it running too cold or is it ok?

So is under 175 too cold since it isn't even on the list?

My tranny guy (C-4) said @ 250F pull over. 230-240 watch it (yellow) below 230 is fine, would like to see 180-210 as a normal operating range.
