Transgo AODE: What is yours set to???

I'm getting a transgo shift kit this week and i'm wondering what stage everybody set it to. I want to be able to chirp the tires in second and firm up the shifts but dont want it to harsh to start breaking stuff. i'm getting a 3000 stall edge convertor too and i heared that it will soften up the shifts.

what do you guys have yours set to and do you regret it?

The trans-go kit actually prolongs the life of your tranny,,,but you dont get real harsh shifts with it.1-2 is pretty crisp though.
