I have a fox body mustang and the t-5 is just not doing it anymore. I just started looking in the classified section of stangnet.com for a tremec 3550, but they don't have any for sale and none on ebay. Are these transmissions hard to find right now? I would like a 3550 with the tremec bellhousing, clutch, and yoke if anyone has a kit or is turning their manual to an automatic. the tko's are a little expensive right now

Tremec does not make the 3550 anymore. It is just the TKO or the TKO600. I got this info from Fred @ Dark Horse Performance. He sells hundreds of these transmissions every year and he told me that the 3550 is no longer made. So for you to find one it would have to be a used unit.
